In accordance with the provisions of the "Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales", CLIMATEC DE MÉXICO S DE RL DE CV (BTG), being a company legally constituted in accordance with Mexican law, residing at Av. Your request must be made through the Single Form for the Exercise of ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent and/or Limitation of Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (hereinafter the "Form") can be requested through the email privacidad@btgamericas.com and contains all the elements to be able to meet your request in accordance with the regulations. So that the Department of Personal Data of BTG can follow up on your request, you or your legal representative, you must properly prove your identity for what is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the Form and accompany it with a copy of any of the current official identifications that are indicated therein.

BTG reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of this Privacy Notice at any time. In such an event, BTG will post such modifications on the website www.btgamericas.com and indicate the date of the latest version of the notice. We recommend that you periodically visit this page in order to be informed if there are any changes to this notice.
